Terms and Conditions 

By using the repair services of WS TechXpert, the customer agrees to abide by these Terms and Conditions for Phone & Computer Repair Shop Warranty. The Company reserves the right to modify these terms at its discretion.

1. Warranty Coverage:

 

1.1. WS TechXpert provides a limited warranty for repair services performed on phones and computers at our repair shop. The Warranty covers defects in workmanship and materials related to the repair services.

 

2. Warranty Period:

 

2.1. The Warranty period commences on the date of completion of the repair and extends for a duration of 180days from that date.

3. Warranty Limitations:

 

3.1. The Warranty does not cover:

  • Damage or defects unrelated to the repair service performed by the Company.

  • Physical damage, including but not limited to accidental drops, liquid damage, or intentional damage.

  • Damage caused by misuse, negligence, or unauthorized modifications or repairs.

  • Software issues, data loss, or virus/malware infections.

  • Products not collected within [Storage Period, e.g., 30 days] after repair completion.

 

4. Warranty Claims:

 

4.1. To make a warranty claim, the customer must provide the original repair receipt and notify the Company of the issue within the Warranty period.

 

4.2. The Company will evaluate the claim and, at its discretion, may:

  • Repair the defective part or workmanship.

  • Replace the defective part with a similar one.

  • Refund the customer for the repair cost if the issue cannot be resolved.

 

5. Exclusions and Limitations:

 

5.1. The Warranty is the sole and exclusive remedy for repair-related issues.

 

5.2. The Company is not responsible for any consequential or incidental damages, including but not limited to data loss, loss of use, loss of profits, or any other indirect damages.

 

6. Warranty Voidance:

 

6.1. The Warranty will be void if:

  • The customer attempts to repair or modify the Product after the Company's service.

  • The repair seal or any Company-provided stickers are removed or tampered with.

  • The Product is damaged due to reasons listed in Section 3.

 

7. Customer Responsibilities:

 

7.1. The customer must back up all data before submitting the Product for repair. The Company is not responsible for any data loss during the repair process.

 

7.2. The customer is responsible for collecting the repaired Product within the specified time frame. Failure to do so may result in additional charges or forfeiture of the Product.

 

8. Consent for Repairs:

 

8.1. By submitting a Product for repair, the customer gives consent to the Company to perform necessary repairs and acknowledges the terms and conditions outlined herein.

 

9. Governing Law:

 

9.1. These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Victoria.
